The roles are actually reversed. I’m the one outside and she’s inside deciding if she should let me in and feed me.

Really nice use of light, Mike, and great depth of field. Reading the manual has really paid off.

Thanks, it is helping, but like you mentioned, there are many buttons on them Nikons. They take some getting used to.

That’s a great shot Mike. It turned out really well. Sometimes night shots can be cat-astrophic.

Isn’t the moon made of green cheese? Where’s the green cheese moon for this prompt? I’m so disappointed, CheesyMike.

I’ll confess. I ate it all. No more green moon cheese for anyone. Ever again. I’m sorry!

Adorable cat! At first I wasn’t sure if it was real or not. Love that the lighting on the ceiling and colors on the floor complements the cat’s colors.

Yep, it’s almost like she belongs there, except she’s not mine. This fact doesn’t stop her from making herself at home whenever she wants though:)

Were you being a peeping tom cat?

We divided the roles. Do I look like a cat?
Don’t answer that.

I am drawn to the photo. It makes me feel like a peeping tom. Love the light coming from inside. I think that the lights from houses at night are so inviting. Even though the police have explained to me that people are not actually inviting me in. Sigh. That is one beautiful cat. Come here, kitty kitty!

You never fail to surprise me with your eye for composition, CheesyMike. It be an ordinary shot, a stupid photo, were it not for the cat, which is sitting as if you posed it, which is to say perfectly. As it is, this is a very inviting picture.

Thanks, Mike. She posed for just long enough, but I’m kind of annoyed that I forgot the mop in the corner.Damn it.
